WE ARE VERY SORRY, BUT REED IS NOW CLOSED.

To the millions of people that use REED, we are very sorry, but we cannot continue to provide this website as a free public service.

Our reason for closing is simple, REED was built and is supported entirely by our small family business and we can no longer afford, nor are we willing to continue the upkeep, development and expansion of REED.

Although the website has won many awards in the last three years and is used by millions of individuals, educational institutes, businesses, and governments worldwide, we have been unable to find any organizations willing to help financially support REED as a free public service.

We have received offers to buy the website, unfortunately none that would agree to continue the development and expansion of REED as a free public information service.
